Host a Colored Fusion home show and receive a percentage of the sales in free jewelry! There are no formal presentations, just the jewelry on display where your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers can purchase or custom order their own piece. It's a casual and fun social gathering.

Product Variation
Because each item is handmade, slight differences in color, shape and form are possible. We cannot guarantee the item you receive will be EXACTLY as the picture shown. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colors may appear slightly different in tone to their true coloring. While every effort is made to represent an item accurately, it is possible that the images shown may vary slightly from the actual product. Product images are not to scale.

Custom Design
We love to create unique pieces for that special person. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or holidays choose Colored Fusion for a cherished piece. We can design over the phone, or if you live in the Cleveland, OH area you can set up an appointment to come to the studio.

Warranty
We offer a 60-day warranty period covering breakage and defective parts. Please send the jewelry in a padded envelope to protect the piece; we will not cover the cost of breakage that is the result of improper packaging. You will also want to send insured or with delivery confirmation.

Repairs
We take great pride in the quality of all our jewelry and we do everything we can to create a strong and well-constructed piece. If your piece breaks and it is after the warranty period we will gladly repair it, however we must charge a $15 fee, which covers, labor, parts and return shipping. There is the rare time when we must charge more if we must replace many parts. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions or concerns. Send your jewelry in a padded envelope and be sure to enclose a note explaining the necessary repair. Also include your address and phone number.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your piece please return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order and enclose a receipt with your order. You will receive a full refund for the piece excluding shipping cost. If your return is after the 14 days, we can give you a Colored Fusion credit towards another purchase. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned.

Care for your Jewelry
To keep your jewelry in the best condition, here are some helpful hints:

Polish it regularly with a nonabrasive cleaning cloth in order to keep the original look. We do not recommend that you dip your jewelry in a commercial jewelry cleaner. . . EVER!

When you are not wearing your Colored Fusion jewelry, store it in a cool, dark, dry place.

We suggest that you do not wear your jewelry while swimming, cleaning and washing dishes, the chemicals can have a negative affect on the jewelry. In addition, it is best not to wear your jewelry to bed or in the shower.

Turnaround Time
Some Colored Fusion items are in stock, but many are made to order. In most cases jewelry is shipped within 7 business days, then shipping generally takes 2-3 business days. If you need something quickly or by a certain date, email or call us so we can accommodate your order.

Shipping Method and Fees
We send jewelry by USPS Priority Mail for $5.95. This price includes delivery confirmation for your security. If you need us to overnight the order, an $18 fee will be charged and sent through USPS Express Mail. Large orders will be an additional cost and based on the weight.
